In 1999, Oleg Yaroslavoviсн Dovgij graduated from Vasyl Stefanyk Prykarpattia National University, received a master’s degree in physics, and in 2017 a diploma with honors in secondary education, and obtained the professional qualification of “mathematician, teacher”.
From 1999 to 2002, he studied at a graduate school. In 2002, he defended his candidate’s thesis for the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
In 2008, he received the certificate of associate professor of the department of mathematics and natural sciences of primary education.
Since 2002, he has been teaching at Vasyl Stefanyk Pre-Carpathian National University of Higher Education.

The sphere of scientific interests is the actual problems of mathematics teaching methods and technologies.
Educational activity: provides teaching of educational disciplines: “Mathematics”, s/k “Mathematics Practice”.
Manages the student scientific group “Solving Arithmetic Problems of Increased Complexity”.
Supervises master’s theses.
Organizational activity: head of departmental career orientation work for the specialty “Primary Education”.
Educational activity: curator of a student group, an active fighter for the preservation of the natural environment and ecological education of children, youth and adults.
