In 2000, Iryna graduated from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and received a master’s degree in Ukrainian Language and Literature and the qualification of a philologist and a Ukrainian language and literature instructor.

In 2000, she took the position of an assistant at the Department of Humanities of Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of Management and Economics.

In 2000–2004, Iryna was a PhD student at the postgraduate school of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.

In 2004, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic “Structural and Semantic Functions of Interjectives in the Ukrainian Language” at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University in Ivano-Frankivsk.

In 2005, Iryna became an assistant professor at the Department of Humanities at Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of Management and Economics.

From 01.09.2005 to 31.08.2006 she was an associate professor at the Department of Humanities at Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of Management and Economics.

In 2006, Iryna became an associate professor at the Department of Theory and Methods of Primary Education at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.

In 2007, she became an associate professor at the Department of Philology and Methods of Primary Education at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.

In 2009, by the decision of the Attestation Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Iryna was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Philology and Methods of Primary Education.

In 2016, she became an associate professor at the Department of Pedagogy of Primary Education at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.

In 2023, Iryna became an associate professor at the Department of Primary Education at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.

In 2023, Iryna defended her doctoral dissertation titled “Methodical System of Teaching Ukrainian Language for Professional Purposes to Students at Pedagogical Institutions of Higher Education,” earning the academic degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences in the specialty 13.00.02 – Theory and Methodology of Teaching (Ukrainian Language).

Since 2024, she has been a professor at the Department of Primary Education and Educational Innovations.

The total experience of scientific and pedagogical work is 24 years.

Scientific activity: the author of more than 200 scientific, educational and methodological works and an individual monograph, a participant of international and all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences, a co-author of collective monographs and scientific articles.

An author of four publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.

Field of research: formation of professional speech of future preschool and primary school teachers, documentary linguistics, speech normativity, communicative syntax. Research context: linguistic, pedagogical.

Academic activity: teaches the educational disciplines Modern Ukrainian Language with Practicum, Ukrainian Language for Professional Purposes, Ukrainian Scientific Speech, Basics of Stylistics of the Modern Ukrainian Language.

Supervises courseworks and master’s degree theses. Head of the student research group Stylistics of official business and Scientific Text.

Organizational Activity: responsible for printing scientific publications of the department.

Literary editor of the category B professional magazine Mountain School of the Ukrainian Carpathians.

Moderator of the website of the University of the Gifted Child.

Member of the jury of Petro Jacyk International Contest of Ukrainian Language Experts.

Educational activity: curator of a group of students.
