Nataliya Mykhailivna Blahun graduated from Vasyl Stefanyk Ivano-Frankivsk Pedagogical Institute with a qualification of “Teacher of Ukrainian Language and Literature”.
In 1987, a Ph.D. student at the Oleksiy Gorky Kyiv Pedagogical Institute
In 1992, defended Ph.D. thesis “Stylish features of P. Kozlanyuk’s early prose in the context of the development of Western Ukrainian “small” prose of the 20s and 30s years.”
In 2001 obtained the academic title of associate professor of the Department of History of Pedagogy and Ukrainian Studies.
In 2015, defended doctoral thesis in the field of “Theory and methodology of professional education” on the topic: “Methodology of social and functional management of a general educational institution” at the Mykhailo Drahomanova National Pedagogical University.
In 2017 became a professor at the Department of Pedagogy of Primary Education.

Scientific activity: author of more than 150 scientific, educational and methodological researches, has more than 10 monographs, a participant in International and Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences, co-author of collective monographs and scientific articles.
The field of scientific interest is speech culture, socio-functional management of educational institutions, and pedagogical management in educational institutions.
Organizational activities: an active organizer of activities for the leisure of student youth, solemn celebrations, and meetings with famous figures.
